We tried this cocktail at a tiny bar in Guangzhou called Prime Time. I immediately fell in love and ask the waiter for the recipe. 

Ingredients

┃ yield — 1
  • 1 part gin (金酒)
  • dried orange peel (陈皮)
  • 2 parts Dry vermouth (干味美思)
  • 2 parts SUZE

Directions

┃ ◕ — 5 mins
  1. Infuse the white vermouth with dried orange peel for at least 1 week.
  2. Mix all the liquid ingredients and shake vigorously with ice.
  3. Serve over ice cubes and enjoy 🧡
