Delicious pelmeni we did in August 2024. One variant had Ube extract in it and mishroom + sesame filling added to the meat.
Ingredients

- 300g flour
- 1 egg
- Glass of hot (not boiling) water
- 2tsp of salt
- 200g beef and pork minced meat
- Black pepper
- White pepper
- Salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- Splash of milk
- ~150ml chicken stock
Directions

๐ฅ Dough
- Place flour, egg, and salt in a bowl
- Start mixing occasionally pouring water bit by bit until you get to a non-sticky and elastic consistency
- Let the dough rest for 20 in room temperature covered (to not dry)
๐ท Meat
- Mix in meat, salt, peeprs, stock, milk, garlic, fine chopped onion in a separate bowl
