- 30 ml cream
- 5 g sugar

This is a fresh, zesty, and creamy blend of tangerine juice and matcha.
- In a bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, sugar, and 20 ml of hot water (at 70β80Β°C) until smooth. Add the cream and whisk gently until the mixture is lightly thickened but still pourable.
- Pour the tangerine juice into a glass. Slowly layer the matcha cream over the juice by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon to keep the layers distinct.
- Top with a sprig of rosemary and a dried tangerine slice. Sip slowly and imagine youβre on Jeju Island.
Another version of this drink that also works amazingly is using coconut water instead of tangerine juice. Or espresso instead of matcha.
