Even if you are cynar hater, you will love this cocktail. The raspberry syrup takes the edge off the bitterness of the Italian apéritif and the grapefruit juice.
This is the perfect cocktail 🍸 to start off the night before moving to wine.
Ingredients

- 1 part cynar
- 1 part lime juice
- 1 part raspberry syrup
- 2 parts pink grapefruit juice
- a bunch of mint
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
Directions

- Mix the brown sugar and a few mint leaves in the bottom of the glass, push to release the mint's full potential.
- Squeeze the lime juice (around half to a lime per cocktail).
- Add the rest of the ingredients and some ice cubes.
- Garnish with a few more mint leaves and a cherry 🍒 if desired.
Tip: Top with fresh fruits (raspberries 🫐 and strawberries 🍓 are prime here)
